PicCrop was created after my first daughter was born and found we were taking many digital photos. We wanted to print the best of these for ourselves, friends and family. The images from the print shop were often disappointing. They were either distorted or had strange white borders on the prints.
It soon became clear that although many of the "big name" applications could edit my images, they are far too complicated for what I wanted to do. I needed a photo-editing program that is simple, user-friendly and focused on cropping pictures to get the best out of them, making sure they printed right.
The result is PicCrop: an innovative photo-editing program that lets all Users have the artistic control of a professional and produce great-looking prints without having to use over complex, expensive applications.
